We hear the words “nervous system” thrown around a lot in wellness circles, but how many of us really know what it’s referring to physiologically speaking?

Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor Lexi Streu Stiles has personally helped me with my own nervous system regulation here in Costa Rica as I navigated stressful situations that took a toll on my body, heart and mind. Her acupuncture treatments returned me to deep sleeps, slower breaths, a clearer mind and emotional integration.

She also gave me a myriad of tips for my daily routine as a preventative and curative framework for nervous system dis/regulation, touching on diet, routine and exercises.

During the one hour class, Lexi will give us an overview of:
